They've kept the interface clean and easy to navigate, while also thinking through intricacies of a space booking model that really help to set you up for success.

> **Puntos en contra**: Almost nothing - if anything, just small things that are specific to our needs like allowing for our own customer service tools (we use Crisp) instead of routing users to a general "Contact Admin" inbox that we too easily miss messages from. But what's great about Optix is that you can ask them for these features and they genuinely either consider adding them or help you find a way forward that works better for your needs.

By the time we reached out to Optix, we were so jaded and annoyed by SaaS product teams that we expected more of the same.
