Me encanta!!!! es muy faci de usar. El servicio al cliente es excelente, son muy amables y pacientes.
Contras:
lo que no me gusta es que no puedo enviar notificaciones por whatsapp. Sólo por correo o mensaje de texto, lo cual me dificulta porque en la región en donde me encuentro la gente usa mucho el whatsapp. Me gustaría poder enviar el formulario por ese medio a mis clientes.
Un software que a cumplido todas mis expectativas !!

Lo único que no me a venido bien es que han eliminado los descuentos que podemos hacer sobre nuestros productos !!Trabajo para clientes de un hotel que no suelen repetir y no podemos realizar comunicación con ellos otra vez !!Son clientes de paso !! Estaría bien poner una opción para esto !!Gracias

Most of the time the response on email for urgent issues is quick but it is annoying not having a support line to ring.
System is Intuitive
Comentarios: I am UTTERLY pleased. After a NIGHTMARE of crappy customer service, buggy system, and overall a NEVER AGAIN experience without last system (vagaro) Fresha was just that a breath of FRESH-Air.
Puntos a favor:
The system is very intuitive. It is easy to learn and use. It is easy to set up the catalog - for everything and I love how you can quickly move things to be in a different order than just in the order they were made. You can send forms manually there is a GREAT product and inventory tracking system. their customer Service is TOP NOTCH, I especially recommending spending the money to get an account manager- totally worth their weight in gold and is VERY reasonably priced.
Contras:
Is it perfect? Nope they have some things to address. Even with the issues that need to be addressed, this is, by far, the best system I have used. I have used Massagebook, Square, Vagaro, Wix, and Meevo. I am highly impressed and LOVE my account manager (can’t remember the title you all give them).

Comentarios: Overall is okay, it will be better if you offer loyalty system so we can record clients rewards or beauty bank service to deposit money.

Easy to Use. Didn’t have the option to turn off market place and we have to stick with the 20% referral fees unless we quit using Fresha.
Contras:
Regarding theft of service, we are unable to process the payment without client provide us a security code sent to their phone. The system should provide more protection to us as a business owner. If we require their security code to charge their card, then it didn’t make sense anymore. I wasn’t aware about this issue because normally small amount processing was working fine, until we had a more premium service like hair extensions required payment over $1000 and client did a runner, after that I realised we won’t be able to charge her.

Read all the fine print for fees
Puntos a favor:
In the beginning it was great. The reminders were great.
Contras:
However, they have added fee after fee for their "lifetime" free clients. We are the ones that have helped sort out the kinks. They take 20% for new clients. Do NOT have your clients book online. You HAVE to book them manually at first or you will lose any profit or break even per appointment. Also any text you send as reminders are now billed. Its become very expensive.

Nothing. Dishonest company. Can never talk to a real person to get things resolved. They charges things by fraud
Contras:
Dishonesty. Charge for things they should not. They book fake appointments to collect 20%. They charge for existing clients. Too many glitches and always an excuse like the owner is using links incorrectly. So they have a link that no mater who schedules from it, we are charged 20% I’ve emailed 5 times in a week and have asked for someone to call and have yet to get a response

The fact that its so easy to use and modify menu for specials. Its simple and easy to the eye. The customer service is excellent they are super responsive with me since I started with them when they were shedul. Love this app.
Contras:
I haven't quite figures out how to transfer all my great reviews into google reviews. Google is a big thing for consumers so its important to have a link where this transfers or they automatically load into google is huge.
Scam!!!!
Comentarios: A customer saved via the Fresha app can only delete their visit from the app so that the salon is not charged with the transaction! but if the salon does it, even though the client's visit has not taken place, the salon pays a fee! This is a blatant FRAUD!!!!!! Don't use this app!!!

Great booking system for a great price
Puntos a favor:
I compared a few different booking systems before settling on Fresha. I chose them because they are one of the more cost-effective alternatives on the market and provide a very seamless customer experience. The app really looks beautiful, so I knew it would be a nice experience for customers. The Fresha team also seem to be working on the app software in the background all the time, and I appreciate that they're always looking for ways to better the experience for businesses and customers.
Contras:
All businesses using the Fresha software are visible via the app. While this is great for other businesses to get more visibility, it's one extra step for customers to look up your business in order to book through the app. I'd also prefer if the cancellation policy could be more tailored rather than one, flat policy. 50% within 24 hours, 100% within 4 hours for example.
Scammed by Fresha
Comentarios: Fresha is taking over a fifth of our earnings and not responding to our messages.
Puntos a favor:
System is pretty easy to use however Fresha has scammed us by placing a book now button on our website which sends customers to fresha.com marketplace to create a Fresha account and take more than a fifth of our earnings. Fresha is not replying to our messages.
Contras:
Fresha put a 'Book Now' button on our website that directs customers to Fresha com marketplace. This means every new client we get, which is most of them being in a tourist place, have to create a Fresha account and we get charged 20%. In effect Fresha is taking more than a fifth of our earnings! They are yet to respond to our messages.
My experience with Fresha
Comentarios: super easy to setup and edit. nice and clean and not confusin.

I like the ability to be able to schedule different providers and then be able to specify how long the appointments for. Also like client history so i can look at notes and such if and when needed.
Contras:
I wish it was more medical per say and would like to be able to have a section where i can put individual notes on clients and have Doctor sign off on note and or order.

Comentarios: Overall have a great experience with fresha as it is easy and convenient to use and meets all of my needs.

As a user in the beauty industry I really enjoy this software. It makes tracking clients and setting appointments very easy and clients seem to use it with ease as well!
Contras:
I think the calendar view could be a little more clean.
Great Concept & App, Needs more Users
Comentarios: Overall I found the app to be useful while living in an urban area as there can be so many places to choose from for different treatments, however, very few places in rural areas have signed up for the app

The Best Free Appointment Booking Software for Male Grooming Businesses
Comentarios: I love it and keep using it for years now. I even recommend it to parlors that aren’t using it to have all the places I go to and the staff I book with in one place

Realized they were stealing my tips!!
Comentarios: What started off free, became low fees, then they became high fees, and now I’m feeling like they are robbing me by stealing 20% from my tips and ge tax. I initially recommended this app to so many of my friends and businesses in the industry and left a stellar review for them. Currently looking for another system I can switch to.

*Fresha takes a 20% “new client fee” on top of the 20 cents and the credit card processing fee. They say it’s for clients who found them through the fresha app but none of the clients I’ve asked actually found us through them. In fact no one even knew what fresha was. * They take the 20% new client fee from the TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGED TO THE CLIENT. This means the GE TAX & TIPS TOO!!! I confronted them about this and they emailed back asking to make an appt for a phone call for them to go over the fees. Without answering my question. *If you have existing clients and they make a profile through the fresha app, you’re getting charged 20%. *If your client forgets their password and makes a new profile, you’re getting charged 20%.*On top of that, if the client makes 2 profiles the system will not let you merge them. *They charge a fee to hold the appt with a credit card. Yet, when the client no-shows and you charge the card it gets declined. So what’s the point of cc on file and all the fees if we can’t even charge them??
