Comentarios: After ¿trying¿ many of the other CRM¿s out there, I can honestly say that AutoVu Solutions has been the easiest to use. The main advantage is having one programme to keep track of my customers, my communications and appointments. No more spreadsheets to update! For my team members who work remotely, this has proved invaluable for job notifications, updating job sheets and capturing a client¿s signature whilst on site. Furthermore, the dairy has been a real asset, allowing me to see where and when my team are in one view. In addition, I can create quotations and invoices, upload correspondence and images straight to the client record. All this using just one package. The Customer Service provided has always been excellent. I have used the `Ticket¿ System on numerous occasions for my queries and have always had an immediate response. As far as price is concerned, in my opinion, many of the competitors out there are charging the same or more for less features. The extra `elements¿ AutoVu Solutions offers is well worth the cost and I believe, a real bargain!

Puntos a favor: I love the fact that this is cloud based and can be used from any device. Also the continued backup and support from the AutoVu team has been excellent.

Comentarios: We are long term users of Workforce Manager from AutoVu. Having tried one or two other packages in the past, it was clear that few offered the features that we require to operate our business. As our work is in the mobility sector, this can be quite complex in its workings, and requires specific actions to be taken. Workforce Manager gives us the ability to achieve this.
As far as recommendation goes, for anyone in the lift industry looking for a complete solution to everyday jobs diary bookings, purchase orders and logging job details or conversations, we¿re happy to endorse.
There are a number of features we do not use, but for the things we do, it ticks all the boxes.
