A tool that continues to be useful
Comentarios: Despite the one annoyance I mentioned above, I heartily recommend using Motivosity. It makes it easy to express gratitude, and offers one more meaningful way to interact with my co-workers.
Puntos a favor:
Motivosity allows the people in my department to give and receive thanks/recognition for individual and group contributions. It's a versatile tool. I like how my organization has been able to tweak the user interface so that we can offer kudos according to our six company values (Service, Professionalism, Leadership, Innovation, Community, and Excellence). I like the Badges capability, although we don't use it as much as we could. The Interests and Personality widgets add a even more usefulness. I also appreciate the option to send the recognition in a public or private message.
Contras:
I hate popups with the passion of a thousand fiery suns. So when I sign in and a popup invades a big chunk in the center of my screen, asking about whether I've received recognition for my work in the past few days, it's not a positive thing. I'm not against filling out a brief survey for that purpose, but that delivery method irks me. It's probably something that can be adjusted by the person(s) in my department who manage the user interface.

A Powerful Tool for Positive Employee Engagement
Comentarios: Overall, Motivosity is a powerful tool for encouraging positive employee engagement in the workplace. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to use, and the ability to customize the recognition points makes it a great way to recognize employees for their hard work. However, there are some drawbacks that could be improved upon, such as the recognition points system and the accuracy of the data regarding employee engagement.
Puntos a favor:
Motivosity is a fantastic tool for promoting positive employee engagement in the workplace. The platform allows team members to recognize each other for a job well done, as well as send messages of appreciation and gratitude. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to use, and the ability to customize the recognition points makes it a great way to recognize employees for their hard work.
Contras:
While Motivosity is a great tool for encouraging positive employee engagement, there are some drawbacks. The recognition points system can be confusing at times, and it can be difficult to keep track of who has been recognized and who hasn't. Additionally, the platform doesn't always provide the most accurate data when it comes to tracking employee engagement.

An exciting software for employee recognition
Puntos a favor:
This was my first experience with an employee recognition software so the best thing was probably the novelty of it.
Contras:
I don't have anything that I didn't like. It did what we needed it to do when it comes to employee recognition

CMG Review
Comentarios: So far we are really happy with the engagement and boost in morale. I hope I can start trusting the data more. We also had a wonderful experience with our sales rep, but haven't been as impressed with our Customer Success Rep. She is fine, but she started off very pushy regarding our [SENSITIVE CONTENT] not being available. It was off-putting to both myself and our[SENSITIVE CONTENT]. I made it clear that I was at the executive level handling the account and while we understand the importance of engaging executives early, it was almost aggressive and accusatory. I think you should share the importance, but trust the team you're working with. She also hasn't been as available as expected or knowledgeable. She's fine. She may be newer, but it was just a shock going from an awesome rep.

I love the engagement we've seen from our teams. I love that we have the ability to quickly show our recognition where we wouldn't have always made time to do so. I can tell it is already boosting our morale and I cannot wait to see the impact longer term.
Contras:
I'm not sold on the accuracy of the data. I've found several questionable sections. All of which I've reported and still am not confident with the answers I've received. I know it is an industry-standard, but I don't love that net promotor is based on whether or not people would recommend their friends to work here. Based on my own result and anecdotally what I've heard when people answer this, it often isn't because they don't think it is a great place to work, but rather they either don't trust their friends or prefer to keep business and personal life separate. We also don't love the question about "best" friend. I know this is a Gallop12 question and research shows that an employee is less likely to leave if they have strong friendships, but I think we would score higher if we even just changed it slightly to "good" friend.

Contras:
The only con I have experienced is the introduction to ThanksMatters cards. Fraudulent charges are becoming more common, and from an admin side, accounting reconciliation is now showing discrepancies that did not exist prior to the introduction of the card.
