Doesn't have as many features as other competitors and less than TextFree, the free service offered through Pinger (Sideline's parent company). I have always paid for the service. Customer service is not the greatest.

All support is handled through the chat. &#10;&#10;Randomly and without warning, your account may be blocked due to them thinking you are spam and you are not notified. Meaning that you do not know for how long you were blocked for having to double check with clients. &#10;&#10;Does not support features like transferrring, recording or even downloading any voicemails.

> I would say that overall I was very unimpressed with sideline. Having to support a team of about 15 users there was always issues. I also remember during November 2024 we received an alert that our service would be disruptive during the use in the presidential campaign.
