Its user friendly. if I want any data related customer, staff work , work or income its very easily an in one touch this report will come. tax wise its value for money software.

I would say we can go for more features or all features which the market competitors are offering & increase the monthly fees. Why to compromise….

Ease of operations. Simple & handy UI. Quick to learn by new joinees.
Contras:
- Lack of mobile app - Very delayed whatsapp integration - international numbers not available on whatsapp. - Staff appointment booking lack of different labels to categorize the appointment category.
Stay Away from this Software

Affordable, Relatively good design, good user interface, they used to have a good sale person (who left not surprisingly)
Contras:
Unfortunately, MioSalon is a terribly run company and the software suffers from it. I wasted numerous hours setting up the software before realizing it was full of bugs (for example, the employee's commissions were wrongly calculated). Because I spent so much time setting it up, I wasted even more time telling their team all the the bug, following to make sure they were fixed, only to be told that I "should accept the software is it is and they do not have time to fix the issue I am raising, they have other development priorities". I am left with a software I cannot use, and cannot trust. Their customer service team is one of the worst I've experienced. Absolutely careless, and incompetent. Stay away from this software.

Best comfortable and supportive software
Comentarios: The data are safe and secured . The renewals alert and extensions are helpful. The support received via call and remote desk are more easy to work on and understand the product .
