Comentarios: Our relationship with Azuga has been positive from day ONE. When we have had an issue, they are handled it quickly and professionally. A superior company to work with - they make their customers feel valued (unlike others in the industry that require long terms contracts that automatically renew).

Puntos a favor:

The product from Azuga is the most valuable on the market. Even though it is very reasonably priced, the features offered from Azuga are far more valuable than its price. We have used competitive products, but Azuga - by far - is the best value for the money. Cannot recommend a product of this type any higher.

Contras:

nothing - we have had no issues with the product and no complaints. Customer service is outstanding.

We are able to have gps tracking and safety cams together in one app.

Contras:

The safety cams can not be accessed on mobile phone.

Discarded service

Comentarios: No response in a months regarding the devices that DO NOT work and which I mentioned back to rep in October BEFORE my boss decided to sever this lopsided business arrangement is astonishing! I asked for verification of the address to send your equipment. I made a complaint to the BBB which you all have not answered YET you keep sending invoices. Reading the ratings and reviews on BBB and a few other sites, it was indeed shortsighted of us not to check the reviews before signing up with Afoolya! Best name for you cause you fooled us into thinking you were a reputable business with some customer service ability. You want your money still despite non working equipment- no response in over a month! Is the 60 days up yet? Can we be done with you all already? For the headache and being ignored, we should not owe you a thing more but stiffing is what you do. Can we speak to someone that can finalize our dealings with you ASAP?

Comentarios: It’s great. Does exactly what we need and there are very minor hiccups

I really like the tracking feature. I’m able to see updated speeds, brakes and idles of all our vehicles for any date.

Contras:

It can be difficult to find certain things I may be looking for. It’s not often. Overall the program is great

Azuga tracking is great

The software is easy to use, set up new vehicles, and monitor vehicle usages through live view and reports

Contras:

Getting everything set up takes a bit of time but once you have it rolling, there is not many issues.
