One of the features I value the most is the integration with our HRIS, which helps keep employee data synchronized and reduces manual work for the People Operations team. It also makes processes such as surveys, performance reviews, and employee management much more efficient, and the ability to schedule surveys is also valuable. > > **Puntos en contra**: One limitation I have noticed is that once a survey has been sent to an employee, there is no simple way to fully cancel or delete it. Having the ability to retract or remove a survey after sending it would be very useful in situations where a survey was triggered by mistake or needs to be adjusted. In some cases, a bit more flexibility around survey management and administration tools would improve the experience for HR teams.
