There is not "overengineering" involved because every feature is what it is supposed to be. I was told you were not able to add that, due to your other clients with hundreds of cases. Because of this, I have to insert certain client‑specific letters under the “def adjuster” section. These letters contain required keywords that the system won’t automatically include. Having to place them there can be confusing, especially when the information logically belongs in another part of the file. This workaround is necessary to ensure all required details appear where they need to be, but it does make the process less intuitive and increases the chance of errors. > > Overall it is good.
