Comentarios: Muy buena, una aplicación sencilla con gran soporte técnico, llena de funcionalidades.

Puntos a favor:

Muy completo, contiene todo lo que necesitamos en relación a la gestión del tiempo. No sólo nos ayuda a cumplir con a normativa de fichaje además aporta valor añadido en la gestión de nuestros proyectos de consultoría.

Contras:

De momento no sabría decir, aún no hemos encontrado ese punto ...

Es comoda, facil de utilizar y lleva un orden de las actividades registradas

Contras:

Para ingresar una nueva tarea se debe de ingresar a una anterior, seria más comodo ingresarlas independientemente, al inicio es confuso

Valoración Jibble

Comentarios: Hace pocos meses que lo estamos implementando y por lo general muy bien.

Puntos a favor:

Intuitivo y cómodo. Claridad en los apartados. Fácil de usar.

Contras:

Por el momento no he encontrado nada que eche en falta en el panel, ni de actividades ni servicios.

LA facilidad de uso y la integración con otras herramietad como google workspace

Contras:

que en la versión gratuita no puede crear actividades

herramienta para fichar en la empresa

la facilidad con la que puedes fichar entradas y salidas en tu empresa.

Contras:

si tu empresa te limita la entrada a determinadas ubicaciones no podras usar la app para el movil ya que solo te permite hacer tracking si estas en las ubicaciones limitadas.

Comentarios: Really pleased and happy to have switched to Jibble. It makes doing payroll so much easier.

Puntos a favor:

The way it is set up for time tracking and time off. It was not too complicated and didn't require a bunch of steps or information. It did exactly what we needed, which was a way to track time that wasn't tied to manually entering in/out only at work. Plus my partner or I could look at the time entered and know where the employee was as far as working that week.

Contras:

The only thing I can really think of that I struggle with sometimes is finding a missed clock in/out. While it says you can't do two of the same - clock in/out in - in a row, there's no indication when the last in/out was to track it down and fix it.

Great option if you are looking for a free solution to time tracking

Comentarios: Well I usually have problems when I clock in and out he says I am not able to do it and sometimes I do it, but when I come back to the page it is like I have done nothing and I have to refresh to show all the history

Data is easily accessible, report functionality is the best that I have seen on the market and the cloud platform is simple and easy to use. By far the best overall software I have seen on the market!

Contras:

If a team member forgets to clock out in a geo-fenced location, this has to be then a manual add by admin and it often means deleting the out entry in order to get accurate data. I would suggest changing the geofence settings to just clocking in at a location It would be much better if the map showed the live locations of staff members as appose to where the locations that they have clocked into. Live location of all team members is something that competitors offer and this feature is extremely useful if you have mobile team members in the field.

Overall, a Good Solution

Comentarios: Overall, my experience has been positive with only a couple of glitches. When it works correctly it makes monitoring payroll much easier.

Puntos a favor:

Easy to use clock in / clock out system for all employees. Allows you to see the actual time everyone clocks in and out which is helpful in providing factual information to employees.

Contras:

No direct phone support available, everything appears to be through chat only. Sometimes having direct access to a live person is what you need, especially when you're new and learning to navigate the system.

Comentarios: My Jibble experience has been wonderful! I was very unhappy with QuickBooks for a long time. Jibble has made me very happy.

RHP Review

Comentarios: I love using Jibble. It is quick for me to send over timecard reports to my bookkeeper for payroll. It is easy for my employees to navigate, and is easy for me to verify their time worked.

I like that it is very user friendly and easy to run timecard reports.

No complaints on Jibble. I enjoy this app very much.

Comentarios: Very Good to excellent, i would say, as far as Time & Attendace app for member to clock in and out.

The Pricing is very competitive, the ease of use and how easy it is to see the information.

Contras:

It doesnt allow to play with work week in order to change the days to start the week and when to finish it. Its fixed the way the workweek its presented.

Amazing product!

Comentarios: It's the best I have worked with. It's easy to set up, user-friendly and has many options for all the different departments or types of workers.

Puntos a favor:

All the different ways to track. I also like that I can change languages, and most of the reports are downloaded in the language you set up the system in.

Contras:

I want to be able to mark unpaid days off (such as suspensions or pre-scheduled unpaid days off) in the calendar, not only the paid ones. This way, when I download the report, I can see which days were regular absences and which were pre-programmed. Not all the reports are downloaded in the language you set up in the system, and not all the words are translated.

Such a Time Saver - Desktop is Much Easier!

Comentarios: I'm very happy with the user-friendly desktop version of Jibble. It's such a time-saver & makes filing payroll paperwork a breeze!

Puntos a favor:

It is super easy to use! I like being able to log in each pay period and see how many hours to include on payroll for each employee. I also like that employees can clock in from working remotely, as well as clock out for breaks, lunch, to take care of personal matters, etc. then log back in when ready to work again.

Contras:

The functionality of the app is not as great as the website.
