Puntos a favor: I've used this nice little Java tool to draw the diagrams of my bachelor degree thesis, and I still use it sometimes at work. The styles and colors of the preset components are nice, choice is large enough but you won't spend days choosing. The alignment features are well laid out and intuitive, I've never had problems with finding the right "snap point".
Being Java it runs on any OS. Can export in PDF, SVG and raster formats.
An online version is available but I haven't had experience with it.
Puntos en contra: I've never managed to get anything good from the auto-arrange feature, it's probably worth only for massively imported data. It's not really a widespread program and although it uses a supposedly standard format, there's not much interoperability with other graphing tools (if you start drawing with this, you have to end with this).

Puntos en contra: The software is abit easy to use from a developer perspective. However there are many non developers that create flowcharts. So maybe making a user friend interface will polish the app.
