There were sometimes glitches where I would have to independently review transactions on the EVO site. But most often, the integration worked well. > > **Puntos en contra**: Where do I start. I began to explore options while our business was down due to COVID. I tried another software that had better rates, very transparent pricing and faster delivery to my bank account. During this time, my fees at EVO were still $139 per month whether I used the service or not. So, after examining EVO for my business, I decided to cancel. Canceling was also a very unnecessary process. I had to call and talk to two different people. Then, I had to wait while they read the contract that I signed. Another 10 minutes and the informed me that I agreed to 2 months notice and if I terminated early I would pay a $250 fee. I opted for the $250 especially planned to charge me $139 monthly anyway. Then I had to write a letter and restate all of this- which I did. I asked for a confirmation by email which of course I have yet to receive. > > My overall experience is poor. I will not be using EVO Payments again.
