Comentarios: Our company have been using SureHelp for more or less 6 months and I wonder today how can a business work effectively without this software ?
Very easy to use and to configure, it took me less than 3 days to set it up and to teach to all my team how to use it. They immediately grasped how complete and powerful this tool was for our company.
I think that the support tickets system is the tool that has most revolutionized our way of working : now all the problems are tracked and solved quickly, and we can easily evaluate the effectiveness of each employee.
All the other tools are extremely useful also : I've stopped using 3 other software we used to work with because this one gathers all the features that we need !

Comentarios: We have been using SureHelp for 2 months now and have seen an enormous difference in customers satisfaction. The Dashboard is easy to use and very intuitive. SureHelp is affordable and totally customized to our company's needs, look and feel.
