They are always announcing new features to help their users and they really listen to their customers. > > **Puntos en contra**: Literally the only con (and this is as a web designer so this likely isn't a deal breaker for many others) is that as of right now we can't do a drop-down sub menu in our navigation. That's literally the only complaint I have hah\! > > I have been a certified Podia Pro for a few years now and I can honestly say I don't want to build for my clients on any other platform. Not only is it incredibly easy to use as a designer... but I can actually hand over a website to my client that THEY can edit afterwards (I can't say the same for when I was building on other platforms). Their team is always incredibly responsive to support requests, and they iterate on their features as users share their feedback which feels like something very rare these days for other companies. Nothing ever works, always something broken, horrible customer support. > > **Puntos en contra**: The app is so buggy and so not working well, it's amazing i was able to live with it for more then a year until i got the courage to leave to another supplier. > > HORRIBLE, keep away if you care about your data, nerves and financials. Many things don't work in the system and the customer support is always "I'm sorry, i know it's frustrating, we will pass to our developers, but can't say when and how the issues will be resolved". No Value for money at all. Bad and long learning curve to working with their financials, all emails are marked as spam and generally the system sucks. They make changes to basic logic in the system without any alerting to the customers, no explanation of what is about to happen, simply change one day and we should work around it, while it's still with bugs and issues. When I started using Podia, I had no experience with website development and design. I was able to teach myself how to do everything I needed within the site and over the years, it's become easier and easier with templates and site-wide branding. > > **Puntos en contra**: Everything I liked the least has been changed - for example, I host a lot of in-person and online events and when I first joined, there wasn't a way to do registration easily for in person events. Now there is. Similar with payment plans for clients. I can now set up payments for clients to choose pay in full or payment plan. Every con has turned into a pro\! > > I've used Podia for 5 years and am so glad I chose this platform for my business. I'm a coach and host an online membership community. The platform has been easy to use for me as a creator and I've received feedback from my community members they love the interface as well.
