Genial programa para la gestión del mantenimiento
Puntos a favor:
Facilidad de introducción de datos (piezas, activos, PMs,...), es muy intuitivo en su manejo, permite gestionar de manera muy fácil las órdenes de trabajo, gestión de piezas e inventario muy sencilla, fácil planificación de trabajo. La opción de los tableros personalizados es muy buena. Permite sacar cualquier dato que necesites en el formato que uno quiera de piezas, costes, órdenes de trabajo, planificación, etc... de manera muy sencilla. Dispone de un excelente servicio al cliente
Contras:
El buscador es mejorable sobre todo en la app móvil.
Herramienta para Integrar Areas
Comentarios: Tiene muchas aplicaciones y se puede acceder a los datos cargados y analizados desde diferentes areas

Que puedo cargar y acceder a numerosos datos de diferentes areas
Contras:
Que es util solo si se lo utiliza como unico software

Me gustaria que se ordenara por numero de WO y que pueda imprimirlas diciendo del 1 al 10 (por ejemplo) y no de una en una.

Puntos a favor:
Limble has been instrumental in implementing a maintenance reliability program here at RIE. As a power user and for the operators submitting work requests, the Limble system is user-friendly. I like that anyone can submit a work request without needing to log into Limble, and I like that the requestors get updates on the work requests they submit. Customer service for Limble is remarkable, and my CSM [sensitive content hidden] always answers my questions in a very timely fashion. [sensitive content hidden]did an excellent job teaching me the ropes of Limble, and I am very pleased to have those training recordings and all the great training on Limble's YouTube channel.
Contras:
I have not found anything I dislike about Limble. It is extremely customizable, so if there is something you don't like or you want to add something, you are more than likely able to change/add those things in Limble.

The fact that I can easily use my cell phone to open tickets and take pictures.

I cant think of anything that I dislike.
Simple and easy to understand interface
Comentarios: I mean it’s a management system. Works as intended. Simple system. Doesn’t have the ability to do complex tasks or to configure in a way to keep everything out of the way. I have used way more complex and advanced systems at my previous employers. They are definitely way more advanced but require a much larger learning curve. Decent introductory software.
Puntos a favor:
Simple interface is probably the most I can say about limble. Able to understand easily with almost no learning curve.
Contras:
Drop down set ups and configurations. Not having the ability to assign what shows up for different shifts. Not being able to assign tags and options to assets. It clutters WO’s with useless information.

Maintenance Management with Advanced Reporting Capabilities
Comentarios: It has been great. I led the entire implementation from beginning till end. The CSM was really helpful and the account manager also was aware of our needs. The software does have some bugs on widgets that we have created but they're fixed within a week. The global dashboard is super helpful in getting good understanding of all your different locations really easy and quickly.
Puntos a favor:
The easy to setup workflows and templates for work requests and PM is an interesting feature we love in our team.
Contras:
The limited options for reporting metrics. Like the type of graphs and options to measure only specific metrics that it offers it pretty narrow. We would love to see something which is more varied and have more options to pick from where we customize dashboards. Also, would love to see the product team working on tickets much faster than the usual response time.

Comentarios: I truly like using Limble to track projects and be able to see the cost value that gets spend.

It is very user friendly. Any time I have had an issue or question, someone was always right there to help.
Contras:
Honestly, I haven't found anything displeasing about using Limble in our facility.

Comentarios: I've tried several CMMS platforms over the years, and Limble stands out as one of the most user-friendly and efficient solutions. Due to its intuitive interface, Limble has completely changed the way we manage maintenance tasks and optimize our operations.
Puntos a favor:
The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and requires minimal training. Creating and assigning work orders is a breeze, and managing tasks is seamless.
Contras:
Our biggest issue with Limble is that we don't maximize our utilization of all of its capabilities. Implementation was smooth, but we only utilize a small percentage of the program.

Comentarios: I was worried at first switching from are old Cmms system but everything transfered smoothly from the assets to the training with my Techs

Easy to navigate. Not as confusing as other CMMS that i have delt with in the past. The training is excellent as well
Contras:
So far nothing. I have just been using it for about 4months and still learning it.

Limble is a great way to manage any maintenance program
Comentarios: Very positive. It is easy to use and the support we receive from our Customer Success Manager is phonemical.

It is simple to use. Tracking inventory and assigning parts to assets. The ability to customize work orders.
Contras:
Not being able to attach multiple assets to one work order. It could possibly be done as a suggestion with the development team.

Comentarios: It is easy to work with in setting up assets and PM once I got into a groove. The help and training were very helpful and the assistance from Limble was very pleasant and patient with my lack of computer skills. The aura was very nice it was like she could feel my pain in not knowing what I was doing and helped out the best to her ability.
Puntos a favor:
The looks and setup of software. Price was affordable and liked it presentation to hook you in.
Contras:
Really had no cons just my own computer knowledge hindered me a little.

Comentarios: 10/10 experience! I am greatly impressed with my CSM [sensitive content hidden], as well as the whole support Team. I have never waited longer than 15 seconds for a support response. I feel the implementation process is greatly impacted by the quality of the CSM you are assigned and I couldn't ask for a better one! extremely helpful and intelligent. Overall I am very impressed with Limble and constantly refer people to give it a shot!
Puntos a favor:
Vendor management, Work request system, Preventative maintenance, Budget, Ease of use, Simple UI, Fast mobile app, Information tracking, Asset hierarchy, There is a lot to love! Limble has simplified much of my daily work and I appreciate the constant review and updates.
Contras:
Mobile app has been quite glitchy in the past but recently have noticed big improvements. Within asset hierarchy, I feel the UI of dragging to specific "trees" could be greatly improved to make process more efficient.
Alternativas consideradas:
Easy to use system for mintenance and asset tracking
Comentarios: It seemed overwhelming at first, but once you understand how it is organized it is quite easy. Easy to find, locate, track items and make PM schedules. I am glad we chose Limble. Limble is lacking in its label printing capabilities.

Easy to organize good search filters for finding what I am looking for
Contras:
Limble needs more label and printing options. I wish limble had a "calibration module" - where you could track and print calibration due dates that are set up with special label format for printing directly from limble. ISO 900, 13485 and others would greatly benefit from this and it would set limble apart from your competitors.
Life with Limble
Comentarios: Limble has been a pilar for us in our organization. From ticketing to response time to managing company dollars. I would recommend Limble to any organization that's looking to streamline their maintenance operation.

Comentarios: My overall experience was and continues to be possitive with Limble. They gave us great support from the start and continue to be available if we have questions or issues. Things run really smooth now. Our Techs like the tablets and easy of use to complete PMs.
Puntos a favor:
We transitioned from another CMMS. Limble made that transition very easy. It is easy to set up new PMs and tasks. We were also able to go from printing all our weekly PMs to tablets. Limble made this very very easy. The tablets track time for each PM automatically and allows us to get real time completion data.
Contras:
I struggle with any real con for Limble. Overall just switching to a new CMMS is always a stressful project. Limble made this as easy as possible. They gave out great resources online and we have a great Customer Service Manger in [sensitive content hidden]
couldn't be happier.
Comentarios: our only difficulty setting up Limble has been our own team. its the best system i have ever used or seen. also the best customer support and training available.

the ability to create the custom reports and to manage and govern the teams across a large organization.
Contras:
the ability to easily setup new locations and equipment libraries. in the past the greatest reason for setup failure of a CMMS was the complexity of the system. the bulk setup features are stellar.
Made specifically for Maintaining Facilities with the Most Usable and Flexible Database
Comentarios: I recommend Limble to anyone exploring CMMS options. It is simply the best software in all levels of user and implementation.
Puntos a favor:
Limble allowed for a comprehensive system of maintaining, cleaning, sanitizing, and tracking of a complex food production facility, restaurant, and marketplace. The support team are all real people who know the product and respond quickly and completely. The Limble team is open to new ideas and implements new features regularly.
Contras:
There is a level of complexity that many people aren't willing to work through. This is a feature, not a bug and allows for developing more understanding of equipment and facility details.

Comentarios: Our experience with Limble has been great. I feel like the process went smoothly due to the support of our Customer Success Manager, Ciro Cuellar.
Puntos a favor:
The pros would be the systems flexibility and our Customer Success Managers assistance with setup and issues.
Contras:
It would be nice to see how others have set up their systems in a University setting. Examples would have probably been helpful for assisting with the initial set up.

Very easy to create assets and assign template PM's and employees. Everything meshes together very well.
Contras:
Some of the reporting when creating your own widget on your dashboard don't give some of what I was looking for in reports. Did however have a link to request.
