The documentation is marginal and the engineer assistance we got onboarding was just fair. We had to abandon backing up Sharepoint and Teams because their licensing model charges you for ALL Entra users regardless if they are actual sharepoint users or not unless you modify the sharepoint permissions which is very cumbersome and 1 user at a time. In a large setup (400+ users) its days of work and everytime a new user is added the process has to be repeated.
