> **Puntos a favor**: CRM systems today are tools for opportunity status tracking and forecasting but they don't help the sales representatives through the intricacies and "art" of the sales process.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Boxxstep is the first solution on the market that looks at each opportunity through the lens of a sales methodology and provides the sales representative with the all questions s/he needs to ask and all the information that needs to be collected to maximize his/her visibility on all the key business drivers and decision-criteria that an organization considers before awarding a deal. With this information, the rep is better placed to create a truly customer-focused value propositions with better opportunity qualification and close-date forecasting as well as reducing the likelihood of their opportunities "going-dark" or being blind-sided by a competitor. This is in addition to detailed organization, internal relationships, roles \&amp; politics mapping. Add in "Next Step" and "Task Management" and you have an end-to-end sales process tool which allows the sales rep to manage multiple opportunities in parallel but to never forget the status or next steps required of each.
