Comentarios: Love the idea, so does my team! Just wish they would send out emails or something telling us that updates are taking place, that way we don't panic when there is a bug or glitch or something.
Puntos a favor: The ability to text from our work line has been instrumental for our success. Having one phone number for our clients to reach us is much easier and less confusing.
Contras: Recently it appears that text request is doing a lot of updates or something, because we have been experiencing a lot more issues than we have in the past. Bugs such as the chrome extension not loading,

You're right about the update and bugs. We pushed a big update for the underlying software (that wasn't customer-facing). Users shouldn't have noticed anything, but clearly that wasn't the case. We made a mistake by not giving customers like you a heads up, and I apologize for that. I've already shared your feedback with our team so we can work to improve our communications. Puntos a favor: Text Request has a very user-friendly interface. Each of our customer service representatives logon the service and can see all the messages and communications. Nothing can be changed or deleted. With multiple people using the service, this was a significant concern. Also, the customer service is phenomenal! Before you sign up for the service, they give you a great demonstration.
Contras: We have had difficulty with attachments. There have been times where we have not been able to open them. Another issue is that there is not a simple way of importing our contacts into Text Request. So far we have had to enter them manually. Text Request had mentioned an API, but with our CRM software, there was a compatibility issue. Although, it was a little disappointing, it was not a deal breaker for us because of the way that we utilize the program. If you have a large database, I'd double check to make sure the program is capable of importing the records.

Thank you for your kind words! And for your feedback, which I'm sharing with our team. One thing - you can upload spreadsheets of contacts into Text Request, instead of having to add each contact manually. (You can also upload contacts directly to a group.) Hopefully that helps for your use case. I at least wanted to make sure you know. Let us know if we can do anything else for you!

Puntos a favor: Being a business owner it is so very important that I have different ways to communicate with my clients. The Text Request number is on our website and I have closed numerous deals by texting only, fixed scheduling issues for current clients and I've set up a lot of sales calls as well. Thumbs UP!!
Contras: I just tried to compose a NEW message to a current client on my phone and can't figure out how. I can respond to any message I already have but can't create a new message.

Comentarios: I detailed all the many benefits on a previous page.
Puntos a favor: Works without fail. Saves time which = money Easy on the eyes. Real time alert given when another team member is responding. (avoids duplication) Fast and efficient interface Our vendors love it. Our customers are delighted with the option. No more on hold talking to voice mails.
Contras: I hear the iPhone app is spectacular. The Android version is passable, but probably needs some improvements. Still plenty workable though.

Puntos a favor: The software is extremely easy to use. I love that I can track and view texts sent by all of our employees. The mobile app makes it easy to use the software while on the go! We've seen complete satisfaction in our efforts to communicate with and serve our customers via text. I appreciate being able to communicate with our customers after hours if we choose, and without using our own personal cell numbers. This texting platform has been a real game changer for us. Our sales, service, parts and finance teams are all actively using this software with great success. We are grateful for the support provided with the software. CSR have been fantastic in responding to our questions and request for assistance! We are so glad we found Text Request. And the awesome part about it- it is truly affordable for any business!!
Contras: It would be awesome if we could view the attachments in the mobile app. If the mobile app had the capability to send and view attachments, this software would be truly perfect!
