Since the product is based on weekly performance of metrics, monthly and bi-monthly performance patterns can cause false alerts. Metricly goes much further with value by monitoring individual EC2 instances metrics to further tailor cost-savings by right sizing CPU, and enabling our OPS department at-a-glance understand EC2 resource usage. (Network, CPU, Disk, etc). DevOps management complexity is expanding exponentially, and Metricly helps reduce the complexity by providing automatic resource threshold warning levels using heuristics to set warning levels issuing tickets to our DevOps group.
