Perfect tool for serious UX engineers
Puntos a favor: Morae offers a full support for every aspect of your usability research, from defining the questions, through the actual testing, all the way to the analysis of the results. Since it covers all the basis, if you know your UX 101, you will have no problems setting up every usability test imaginable. On the other hand, if you are not sure what you are doing, it will not hold your hand.
Contras: TechSmith does not offer Morae for Mac, and they do not intend to, and that has been a hurdle for me a couple of times in the past.

Lacking Some Efficiency but Overall Tool For Market Research
Comentarios: Overall Morae is a great communication and connection tool for managing data.
Puntos a favor: This solution can be used in focus groups in person or on the web. Capture interaction, gather results and display with easy and simple graphs and charts and share results quickly. Tech support is free and responsive.
Contras: Tech support is free and responsive but sometimes a bit time consuming.

Puntos a favor: The screen capture capabilities and ability to gather client feedback while they use your product is extremely helpful.
Contras: The program can be a little difficult to implement.
