Compared to its competitors, MapBox stands out with its highly competitive pricing, especially when using the SDKs. As a user of the Flutter SDK, I found the implementation process to be incredibly easy, which is a big advantage for developers.What I love most about MapBox is the user-friendly interface, which is perfect for product managers or anyone who needs to monitor the platform. The dashboard is simple, intuitive, and provides a wealth of data and insights that can be used to optimize mapping projects. With MapBox, I can easily monitor key metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve my project's performance. > > **Puntos en contra**: The negative point of Mapbox is that if you have to use the Static Tiles API for example, the costs are quite prohibitive compared to the competitors, so this would be the only point of attention regarding the price.The big problem with Mapbox is the support, even if you are a big customer and you have a big monthly expense the support is very precarious and slow. It literally takes weeks or months to get the first response to your ticket. They don't make it clear that Support is "not included" and that to get faster service you need to purchase an extra support plan.The cheapest support plan costs 50 usd and this only guarantees you that the first response will be within 3 days.
