Comentarios: Antes era una excelente herramienta, pero ahora tiene tantas limitaciones que prácticamente a perdido el sentido de usarla.
Puntos a favor:
Ya no ofrece beneficios tangibles que valga la pena recalcar. Es increíble como subieron los precios por las nubes y en vez de mejorar la herramienta la limitaron abismalmente. Prácticamente obligaron a sus usuarios a irse a otras herramientas. Bien hecho!
Contras:
- Cambio por completo la herramienta- Los precios están por las nubes (Ahora te cobran prácticamente por cada clic)- Hice un simple estudio y ya se terminaron los créditos en unas pocas horas (99 créditos por mes por $100)- Prácticamente se volvió inservible la herramienta a menos que gastes $500 al mes y estoy 100% seguro que así se quedara corta para la mayoría de personas.

We apologize for any disappointment you may be feeling. We've actually adjusted our prices in March 2022 to better align with the costs of maintaining our complex infrastructure and to ensure that we continue to provide excellent value to our customers. Since then, we've gone to great lengths to make it visible in as many places as possible - including our pricing page, billing page, welcome message, in-app counter system, and a special area called Limits & usage (under Admin). Also, please note though that our grandfathered users can still keep their original plans - provided they don't interrupt their subscriptions. As for our credit system, each of our pricing plans comes with a 500 credit limit - not 99 clicks. Credits get consumed when accessing reports and requesting new data from all our core tools - except Site Audit and Rank Tracker, which have their own limits. We acknowledge that this may be a source of frustration for heavy users like yourself, but we hope that our customers understand that these changes were necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of our service. Muy completa. Permite monitorizar las partes mas importantes del SEO de una web. Facilita muchísimo tomar decisiones adecuadas para hacer crecer una web.
Contras:
El precio. Necesita una licencia mas barata para freelances que están empezando. Una agencia puede pagar sin problemas la mensualidad, pero para alguien que lleva poco tiempo en el sector o trabaja con pocas webs, es un precio bastante elevado.

Después de varios años usando Ahrefs considero que su uso es bastante intuitivo y que prácticamente cualquier persona puede aprender a utilizar la herramienta.

Comentarios: Es una herramienta útil para saber a grandes rasgos el volumen de búsqueda de una palabra clave, pero no es tan precisa como para hacer una estrategia de palabras clave.

For example, organic search traffic is just an estimation of how much organic search traffic your website gets, based on the keywords that you rank in top 100, their ranking positions, and monthly traffic. A Good SEO Tool for Audit !
Comentarios: Overall the interface is quit easy to use and understand and provide complete analysis.

Ahrefs gives me access to information such as backlink strength, thorough traffic analysis, insights into particular pages, and useful advice for doing site audits. I use it's backlink analysis, keyword research and audit tool the most.
Contras:
Ahrefs is a feature-rich SEO tool, but it's relatively expensive compared to other tools and the free version is limited.

10 tools in 1. Great value & Highly versatile
Comentarios: It's cutting edge, it's affordable, and it offers so many gizmos and gadgets you could never feel like you're extracting more value than it's offering.
Puntos a favor:
Ahrefs is a very-near-complete expert SEO tool suite. For the price you pay and the value you get, you have to be fairly bad at SEO to not get an ROI on your investment. I think one of the great struggles with these tools is an intuitive user experience, and despite how clunky their interface might look, I think they have drawn a very nice balance between functionality and useability.
Contras:
Local SEO. In my opinion, it's it's biggest and most relevant weakness. Tools like bright local massively outperform it's local KW reporting (being able to create radius-based map pack KW ranking reports), and tools like SEMrush generally outperform it here. Ahrefs still does not have a way to track map pack rankings, in any capacity. It's a huge capabilities gap in my opinion. One that can make or break a use case for the tool. I also think ScreamingFrog outperforms their crawler by having a centralized user interface and more in-depth features, however, given that the site audit and web crawler feature was not their primary function to begin with, I am very impressed with what they offer.

not too good, but not extremely terrible

i liked the format of the way you can gain access to the information for the sites when you're needing the full stats.
Contras:
the pricing is a little bit convoluted especially when it comes to credit usage. they give you the impression that you can find all you may need but then you have too go up a tier. which makes no sense why pay for a monthly subscription and then pay for more credits to get too the information. and the monthly fees are a little bit extreme.

It is capable of thorough monitoring and comparison of domains. Based on how much organic traffic a website receives, that is. Compared to Alexa rank, it is superior. Based on the quantity of backlinks going to a URL, URL (URL ratings) calculates the potential influence of the URL. In terms of metrics returned, the keyword results page was at first the most plain and straightforward of all the tools I examined. However, Ahrefs has significantly improved its Keyword Explorer tool with a responsive page of interactive data visualizations.
Contras:
Costly for small companies perhaps. Technical SEO and on-page optimization are included in the "Domain Health" tool, which is presently unavailable. Had the experience of having some tool parts return no results.

Excellent, but too expensive
Comentarios: A solid web experience, unfortunately spoiled by a severe hike in prices over the years.

It is mature and well-rounded software. It simply does what they say. We rarely see any downtime.
Contras:
Changes to the pricing/plans have meant that Ahrefs is too expensive. Adding on a single user or more can be a huge expense. While we love it, there are other, cheaper competitors.

A thing no AHREFS affiliate will tell you
Comentarios: Even if this credit rule is listed on the Pricing page, it is unclear what those credits are consumed for. I could never expect that they melt out with EVERY click... So I got disappointed / this is not what I call customer-friendly. The app is very expensive already, and this credit situation doesn't improve the app's usage. But it brings the company much more money, I understand. Tja, that's capitalism, bro.

Of course, we all know it's a fantastic tool that provides many information and tools. I haven't used it for a long time, but I decided to use it because many people on youtube were praising how good it is.
Contras:
Here's what no Youtuber/ahrefs-affiliate will tell you: after you pay, you will realize that EACH LITTLE click you make on the platform consumes a credit, and for 100 EURO per month, you have only 500 of those. Literally. Just 500 credits. I started my keyword research, and schwupps - almost 100 credits gone. EACH STEP you need while looking for keywords/related topics consumes credits.

Hi Kirill, Good to see you back! Indeed, our pricing has changed since last year (March 2022, to be more specific). With the old plans, the main features were available to everyone—regardless of the plan they were on. This meant large agencies paid the same subscription price as a one-person SEO (often a beginner). The best way to differentiate usage was by how many "data requests" each user was pulling. Hence "credits" were born. Credits get consumed when accessing reports and requesting new data from all our core tools, Dashboard, Alerts, and standalone tools (like Batch Analysis). Site Audit and Rank Tracker DO NOT consume credits. However, we are very transparent about them. The monthly subscription, plus the plan additions are all listed on our: - Pricing page - Billing page - In-app welcome message - Visual live counter (in the header, next to your account name) - Limits & usage page under Admin Settings If you want to save on credits while doing kw research, I recommend searching them in bulk. For more info on how credits work, please read our help page article: https://help.ahrefs.com/en/articles/6061658-about-credits-and-export-rows As for the pricing pain point, we're improving our product and our ability to crawl the entire web: https://ahrefs.com/big-data. Hence prices need to follow along to make our business sustainable. To give you a greater understanding of the costs involved, our data center costs in Singapore alone have run over $400M in the past 3 years (https://tech.ahrefs.com/how-ahrefs-saved-us-400m-in-3-years-by-not-going-to-the-cloud-8939dd930af8). I personally use it for Site Audits; It gives quality insights on On-page, Off-page, and Technical errors. Rest, it's a great tool for competitors' research, as it checks their backlinks, keyword research, and overall SEO strategies.
Contras:
If they can introduce AI in keyword research like SEMrush, then keyword research will become simple.

Ahrefs terminated our Legacy Plan

Ahrefs has been a reliable tool for us, particularly when it comes to backlink data and keyword research tools. The user experience is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for us to navigate and gather valuable insights. Over the years, we have consistently recommended Ahrefs to our clients, and it has been instrumental in helping us analyze trends in the digital landscape. However, we've recently encountered a significant drawback with their new credit system. This change in pricing and usage structure has made it untenable for us to continue using and recommending Ahrefs to our clients. As a result, both our clients and ourselves are in the process of transitioning to alternative solutions that better align with our needs and budget constraints. While Ahrefs has served us well in the past, this recent change has unfortunately prompted us to seek alternatives.
Contras:
Until just a few days ago, I had been a loyal user of Ahrefs for over a decade. However, I recently encountered a sudden and unexpected issue with the platform. Out of the blue, we received a message notifying us that our legacy plan was being terminated due to excessive usage. What made this situation even more frustrating was the absence of any prior usage warnings. It felt like a sudden and unpleasant surprise, and the lack of proactive communication from Ahrefs didn't help. Setting aside the cost implications, I believe that if someone from the Ahrefs team had taken the time to reach out and guide us through transitioning to a new plan, we might have been more willing to cooperate. Instead, all we received was an email informing us of the termination of our plan. In addition to this disappointing experience, there were a few other issues that we had encountered while using Ahrefs: The traffic numbers and estimates provided by the platform often proved to be wildly inaccurate. Backlink data was inconsistent, sometimes showing lost links and found links without a clear pattern. Ranking data obtained from scraped SERPs consistently diverged from the data in Google Search Console (GSC) or real live Google searches. Overall, our experience with Ahrefs left much to be desired, primarily due to the abrupt termination of our plan and the lack of reliable data accuracy. We hope that Ahrefs can improve its customer service and data quality in the future.

During that time, we have added significant functionality to our product, technological costs have increased, and the internet has become significantly larger, requiring more resources to crawl.
