It was even agile enough to change some of the aspects of the study databased during the study conduct due to protocol amendments. CRFweb also allows a lot of useful reports to be pulled independently by users (with appropriate access), without the need to contact the customer-support team. Even in extreme cases when they were contacted, the process of pulling out such specific reports turned out to be quite simple and easily reproducible. We've also utilized SDTM coding and have used the CRFWEB platform for successful FDA submissions. Having these features integrated into one platform is extremely beneficial and saved us a lot of time. The Clindox team have always dealt with any queries in a highly responsive and professional manner.
