Comentarios: Es muy simple y fácil de utilizar, sobre todo cuando no se tiene mucha experiencia para la captura de videos de pantalla

Puntos a favor:

La captura y edición de videos por medio del seguimiento de las actividades en la pantalla del usuario, es una de las herramientas más útiles en la capacitación para el uso de nuevas plataformas.

Contras:

Cuentas con un periodo de grabación, que si lo sabes administrar puede ser suficiente, pero al menos en la versión FREE, no podrás tener videos de larga duración

Fan de Loom

Comentarios: ha permitido que mis clientes recurran a las asesorías grabadas cada vez que presentan dudas con el uso del sw que enseño a usarpermite ordenar los archivos creados y buscarlos de manera ágil

Puntos a favor:

Excelente herramienta para compartir grabaciones de reuniones de asesorías con clientesFabuloso para crear pequeños videos explicativos y compartirlos rápidamente interna y externamente

Contras:

aunque le cambies el nombre a la grabación, el link que se comparte con el cliente es muy extenso y no permite fácil recordación para el cliente finalralentiza un poco la velocidad de mi PC

Comentarios: Excelente para mi día a día y la forma para comunicarme a mis clientes

La facilidad de compartir con mis clientes ideas, propuestas, tips de una forma fácil y sencilla al alcance de visualización desde cualquier dispositivo

Contras:

No tener la opción movil y poder realizar grabaciones desde el mismo

Si tienes Loom te ahorras reuniones innecesarias. Con solo enviar un video

Comentarios: Loom me ha ahorrado mucho tiempo en mi gestion, cada dia es mas efectivo para mi. Mis clientes se han acostumbrado a recibir explicaciones a traves de videos, tengo una biblioteca organizada y mi respuesta es mas efectiva

la facilidad para utilizarlo, no es complejo para nada

Contras:

para mi esta genial faltaba integrarlo a slack o a google y ya esta funcionando de esta forma

Comentarios: Excelente! a mi equipo les encantó esta herramienta y ahora es uno de nuestros preferidos para enviar explicaciones pequeñas o grabar un minitutorial.

Puntos a favor:

La facilidad con que se puede utilizar y compartir los videos, es una heramienta super útil para enviar explicaciones o indicaciones cortas.

Contras:

La manera en que se organizan los videos en la biblioteca, me pasó que no se visualizaba todas las carpetas y tenía que buscar los videos de manera individual.

Comentarios: Muy buena herramienta, la usé de manera emergente y ahora es la herramienta que utilizo cuando me requieren videos explicativos.

Puntos a favor:

Loom es una herramienta muy útil para crear videos de entrenamiento para diferentes tareas, ya que permite incluir audio y grabación de pantalla para guiar a los compañeros en cómo realizar ciertas acciones. Además, es eficaz para transmitir grandes cantidades de información detallada de manera rápida, como en reuniones a las que no todos deben asistir, y puede ser revisada según sea necesario.

Contras:

En las capturas se siguen viendo las herramientas de grabación cosa que otras herramientas si hacen, espero lo resuelvan pronto.

Práctico y muy útil para todos

Comentarios: Lo estuve usando primero por un curso que tomé. Luego lo empecé a usar para preparar mis clases en línea y ha sido una maravilla. Siento que mis clases son más llamativas gracias a los videos que he preparado con esta aplicación.

Me gusta que tiene la opción de grabar la pantalla y también al expositor.

Contras:

Me gustaría que tuviera más opciones para compartir

Comentarios: Muy buena, lo he usado para muchas cosas, equipo, clientes, hasta familia. Muy recomendable.

Puntos a favor:

La facilidad de uso y que puedas aplicar el branding de tu marca y que el receptor no hace falta que se descargue ninguna herramienta ni nada para poder el vídeo. El tracking de las visualizaciones también se agradece para saber cuándo y cuantas veces han visto tus vídeos.

Contras:

Me gustaría poder tener más tiempo de grabación y capacidad de almacenamiento para la versión free.

Es una solución cómoda para presentar documentación a clientes y equipo de forma remota. Grabas la pantalla y la explicación y envías el enlace. Puedes descargar los vídeos a tu disco duro. Uso la versión gratuita, que deja grabar vídeos de hasta 5 minutos.

Contras:

No le he encontrado ningún defecto. Cumple con creces la función para la que lo utilizo

A valuable tool for newbies like me

As a newbie working as a freelancer, I am sometimes having difficulty understanding the instructions given to me by my client. But with the help of Loom, my client is able to provide and guide me thru the process using screen recording. In that way, I am able to finish the task on time and accurately. And it saves time since I can just watch the video again without needing to call or talk with my client.

Contras:

The site sometimes crashes and the video recorder won't record despite clicking the button several times.

The new AI powered features that have been added to the platform such as enhanced transcriptions, the new tagging feature that tags specific parts of your recording for easy review at a later date, and even the automatic video title generator so you do not have to create and modify a name for your recording anymore, if you chose not to. They all help me save a ton of extra time and adds new capabilities to my workflow, including my automated workflow through Zapier.

Contras:

I think it could use some better video editing and post-production capabilities. They have added some new features lately, but there are still a couple more that I would like to see, even on the free plans.

Absolute rubbish screen recording, 8/10 the video would not upload and countless emails to support never helped. The recover video does not work

Comentarios: Great overall experience with creating Loom videos, quick and easy to setup and easy to use. great for training videos and explaining things to customers

Very easy to create quality loom videos and store them efficiently, the dashboard feature has alot of good features you can use, also great that it auto creates a description for you

Contras:

Mainly the amount of videos that can be saved

Comentarios: It has saved me a lot of time and looks professional. I love being able to have links to specific folders or videos to share with others.

I LOVE the record screen features. The mic/speaker quality is great, and I love being able to do just my screen or my screen and camera at the same time (picture in picture)

Contras:

This is probably more because of the type of tablet/laptop that I used, but sometimes if I held it wrong, it would record upside down. A feature where you could “flip” your video would be fantastic!

Love how easy Loom is, mate. Unlike other software, it records my screen and webcam like a dream, so I'm not wasting time writing long emails.

Excellent Screen Recording

One of my favorite features of Loom is the live annotation tools. Highlighting the mouse clicks and being able to use a drawing tool is very useful in making demo videos.

Contras:

I would like to see more editing options on not behind the paywall. I would also like more advanced editing tools for completed videos.

Standardize processes with Loom

Comentarios: Loom has allowed me to store, organize, and share videos with my organization in a way that has allowed me to increase my productivity and my organization's results.

Puntos a favor:

At first I didn't see the potential, I saw it only as a way to respond to third parties, but now I see it as a way to solve challenges, report opportunities, and improve communication at all levels of my organization.

Contras:

The truth is that at first I thought it wouldn't be easy, but it was just a matter of ignorance. It was just a matter of watching a tutorial and that was it.

This is really easy to use to create training videos or even reporting back to clients. The AI description generator saves a lot of time too.

Contras:

Some of the editing functions aren't the best and you are limited on video times if you don't have a paid account

Comentarios: My overall experience has been very good. I love using it directly from my phone. I dislike that I cant download my videos with the free version.

Puntos a favor:

I like that Loom is so easy to use. You can record a video on your phone and then easily upload or send it to someone.

Contras:

I dont like that you can't download ypur video with the free version. I didn't know this until after I already did the video.

Loom for Screen Recording

Puntos a favor:

If you are looking for a tool to either record your screen to help users, communicate with your screen, or make a tutorial, Loom is a perfect option. I love that they recently added frames for your photo/small self-video, screens for explanations and that you can control which screen you share. The free version is 5 minutes or less, so if you need more time than time you will need to pay, but it is worth it.

Contras:

It might, in some cases, make my laptop (Mac) slower if I have it opened for too long. It gets fixed by closing and reopening it.

Puntos a favor:

I started using this app with the free trial. I use it on daily basis since I work a lot with customer service and it is much easier a very short video explaining any process. Everything is automated! The system will just cut pauses and provide title and description of the video with AI features. You receive notification real time from who watched the video. Among colleagues is also useful. Instead of creating manuals and long books explaining all process/rules in place you can just use Loom to show a new trainee how's the job and what he/she should be doing. As remote worker for an international company this has been a game changer. Even when I am off/away my colleague can go to the library of training and see how it is done. Absolutely brilliant app! I am happy to have now the subscription so I can extend the use of AI features.

Contras:

There is nothing really I did not like about loom so far. I am happy with it, and will attend also webinars

Sometimes I have problems with the recording function if using a browser other than Chrome.

Training and documentation made easier

Comentarios: Great tool, although there's always room for improvement.

Puntos a favor:

Loom makes training and collaboration super easy. It permanently lives on my desktop, in case I need to show a team member how to do something. I think any team with Customer Success activities or that works with multiple digital tools that require onboarding needs to use this.

Contras:

On Mac, it "bounces" off your Mac Deck frequently. It is always refreshing and it is distracting. Sometimes it doesn't save your preferences (such as recording with your mic off), but it is easy to adjust. Sometimes, it feels a little bit invasive. The Autotranscript is very useful, though most of the time is not 100% accurate or doesn't highlight the right topics.

Top of mind tool

Comentarios: Pretty good experience, the first tool i think of when it comes to screen recording.

Puntos a favor:

Intuitive and easy to use. I use it a lot for sales.

Contras:

Sometimes edition is not that easy, and support team isn't the best.
