> **Puntos a favor**: L’ouverture de compte est ultra rapide, les notifications instantanées sont pratiques, et la gestion des sous-comptes est super bien faite. L’app est agréable à utiliser et les fonctionnalités automatiques sont un vrai plus.

> **Puntos en contra**: Certains abonnements sont un peu chers si on ne profite pas de toutes les options. Et le service client pourrait parfois répondre un peu plus vite.

> **Puntos en contra**: Worse banking experience in my life. I have had banking problems in the past but have always been able to resolve them. Most banks are insured and when hackers empty your account they can see that the problem is not you, but their security.

> If I could put 0 stars I would. ... I have been the target of fraud on my account with hackers emptying my account in the amount of 2300€.  I have been in contact with Bunq, and as an online bank, of course, there is no one you can talk to, so you are bounced from one rep agent to the other (all in writing through their chat bot, and now it's been over 2 months of going back and forth with them, to hear that they will not reimburse me for the money stolen. However, banks are supposed to be insured for this type of situation.  They are of course accusing me of not protecting my accounts and cards.  Not to mention that the account hacked was a business account which has now created many problems with my day-to-day operations. Isn't it their IT techs who are supposed to provide the best security for their customers?  In addition, I have a metal card which is supposed to give you additional protection.  If I were you I would not open an account with Bunq. Look elsewhere.  If you have a problem with your account you can say goodbye to your money. They always the same traps, they promise the moon, and when you have a problem the moon disappears and you are in the hole for your money.  DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH BUNQ
