The product works adequately but the billing model relies on customers forgetting annual subscriptions. When I raised a legitimate dispute I was stonewalled, given inaccurate evidence, and ultimately left with no refund and no access to the service I paid for. VEED deceptively offers limited access to these features on lower-tier plans, making you believe they’re included—only to upsell you later. Their pricing strategy feels intentionally misleading, and the lack of a real refund policy means you’re stuck if you’re not satisfied. It’s a bait-and-switch setup. > > Veed is a shallow video editing software with limited good features that are only available to Pro users but the company lures you in with a Lite plan that only allows you access the AI features once. Leaving pricing aside, the tool is average at best.
