> **Puntos a favor**: First and foremost, the customer service — hands down. We also love the app, the picture timeline, intuitive design and all of the details you can put into the pets.

> We have been very nervous about making the switch over to Paw Partner but after many training sessions and especially those with \[sensitive content hidden\] our minds have been put to ease. \[sensitive content hidden\] has communicated every single detail and feature in a way that is so easy to understand, answered ALL of our questions personally (and promptly\!), and has actually made the process and training sessions fun\!
