Comentarios: Mala, al punto de que cuando cancele mi suscripción, me siguieron cobrando, hable con soporte para que cancelaran y me devolvieran el dinero mal cobrado, sin embargo, no lo hicieron y me siguieron cobrando ….
Puntos a favor:
Sirve para el servicio gratuito, pero pagar por esto claramente es un error
Contras:
La lentitud del programa, puedes estar todo un dia y logras obtener 20 contactos con suerte (probé desde distintos tipos de ordenadores, ipad, etc) el problema no es del wifi
Para emails profesionales actualizados, le queda un gran recorrido

Es muy fácil de usar y con los filtros la búsqueda es muy útil
Contras:
Como he puesto en el título, creo que para emails profesionales le queda aún un gran recorrido, porque o no están validados o incluso muchos que te los "cobran" cuando escriben, los servidores te los devuelven como erróneos.
Pésima calidad de la información
Comentarios: No hay ninguna ventaja por eso renuncié

Love RocketReach's browser extension
Comentarios: Great for lead generation! The browser extension makes using RocketReach easy and efficient to use.

Contras:
Like similar software, there is a limit of lead contact information you can retrieve for free. Again, though, this is not specific to RocketReach, so it's not a deal breaker when deciding on whether to use this software.
Amazing for Small, B2B Companies
Comentarios: I have had nothing but a positive experience, and this product works perfectly for my sales ecosystem.
Puntos a favor:
I deeply appreciated the ease of use, plugins for LinkedIn pages, and ability to narrow searches down to my target market so I have all of the necessary prospects I need to be successful.
Contras:
The lack of consistently updated contact information. I find myself spending more time updating bad domains for prospects then I do benefitting from getting their information on the first pass.
Okay tool to find email addresses for contacts
Puntos a favor:
For a project, we did require email addresses for cold outreach. Well there are various tools out there, so we have tested a few including RocketReach. RocketReach is not really cheap, however it works decently well.
Contras:
Unfortunately, a bunch of emails that are provided are not correct. I am not sure how emails are provided and if people have to approve for their emails being displayed there because I find it weird that suddenly also our personal company email addresses of employees were listed there without giving authorisation for it.

Good value product
Comentarios: I identify prospective clients and confirm details for contacting them. It streamlines the process.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use and general quality of the information, which can then be cross-referenced with other products.
Contras:
Only when the information is wrong and it adds a couple of minutes to the search. But this is to be expected.
Clutch for Development
Comentarios: Overall, this software is absolutely worth the money in order to get into the inbox of the exact person I need!
Puntos a favor:
Rocket Reach is super user friendly and I love the ability to filter through contacts. It's really helpful to not only find an individual that you are looking for, but also people based on industry. So it actually gives me ideas for new people to reach out to! I honestly couldn't do sales without this tool. I also really love how it links the person's social accounts too so I can cross check that they are still with the company I am looking into. That helps so I don't use a credit unnecessarily. Love Rocket Reach!
Contras:
Sometimes the search can be very finicky. It won't find a company for a tiny tiny misspelling, capitalization or spacing difference. So sometimes I have to try several different similar searches sometimes.

Best way to track emails and phone numbers
Comentarios: Nothing but excellent best leads search tool by far.
Puntos a favor:
Ease of use & searching by Linkedin URL is Awesome. The internal search function is really good too.
Contras:
I wish it would integrate directly with my CRM (Close.com) & Linkedin Sales Navigator. This would save quite a bit of time when looking up a lot of contacts.

A LinkedIn Sales Navigator user no more!

Unlike LinkedIn Sales Navigator that requires users to provide contact information (and most do not) Rocket Reach has been an excellent resource for obtaining reliable contact information for sales prospecting. Very good usability and functionality.
Contras:
Probably need more time using, but no cons for now.

It was very easy to get started with RocketReach and upload lists of contacts to research. As compared to other software I tested, RR had the best hit rate as far as identifying the people we were interested in.
Contras:
Pricing was perhaps a bit confusing, but it all worked out.

Easy and straightforward tool for uploading Linkedin urls and downloading profile data.

Sometimes some data is missing even though I insert the same url twice and there are data for one of them.

RocketReach has Changed My Business & My Life!
Comentarios: 10/10. Would highly recommend to any small business owner that is looking to build up their contact database and actively does cold outreach!

My favorite thing about Rocketreach is its accessbility and ease of use. My business partner and I previously discovered this software in our old roles and it was a game changer from then on. We're big fans of networking and cold outreach, and this has quite literally changed the game for us and brought us more leads and opportunities than ever before. We always joke how we need a sponsorship with rocketreach because we're the best spokespeople for this platform.
Contras:
There are no dislikes, besides the price as a startup.
Great solution for filling the gaps in sales outreach
Puntos a favor:
The solution helped me to upstream and upgrade our channels in sales outreach. I managed to reengage with prospects via email when the communication stops via Linkedin. I think circa 50% of all emails are valid. The limitation of the tool is visible in certain Hispanic countries, where people provide middle names. I like a lot the integration with the browser. The tool works perfectly with Sales Navigator.
Contras:
It is hard to test the solution with a small number of credits (5 per month). The cost was a problem for us because similar results were provided with other solutions for a smaller price.

The chrome extension is very nice way, it integrates with LinkedIn and show the contact details

All the incorrect contact details are also displayed and the accuracy is on the lower side
It will show target's email address and contact informations on its LinkedIn page with a click.
Puntos a favor:
Just a simple click on the target's home page, and then click the "add", it will show contact information, such as email address and telephone number.
Contras:
Sometimes we can get nothing, no email or telephone number. It might be the target did not add these informations?

Views on RocketReach
Comentarios: There is a real need for a system that can provide accurate email addresses. RocketReach has been helpful, but probably only no more than 30% of the time

I like the linkage to LinkedIn and automatic look up from there. Overall the functionality is straightforward.
Contras:
The hit-rate is pretty poor. I've had quite a few bouncebacks from emails that score highly on RocketReach.
Rocket Reach does what is says

Helpful for finding email addresses in a pinch...it often has ones that I can't find using free tools or even with my favorite paid tool (which I won't name here on purpose). Looks like it can link directly to Salesforce, (but I never used this feature).
Contras:
Really nothing bad to say about it, we are just integrated into another type of software.

You can't filtrate on any kind of information that you might need if you need a mobile, you'll have to check one per one, no ability to filtrate on those

I like that I can find contact info pretty easily as long as I can find the person on LinkedIn or they are listed on the company webpage.
Contras:
If you don't find them on linkedin or the company webpage, it's impossible to find contact info. Also, contact info may be out of date, even if they changed jobs a year or more ago.

Ok tool but could be better
