Comentarios: I would definitely recommend CCDS to anyone who is looking for a solution provider that deliver results and the peace of mind that comes with a reliable provider.

Puntos a favor: CCDS' solution is very flexible, reliable and their technical support is by far the best I have dealt with. They have very good understanding of call center environments and have been able to advise me on how my business can benefit most from the technology.

Contras: It is not the cheapest solution available, but given my experience with other providers, the slightly higher cost is well justified.

Comentarios: great, reliable and flexibile service for fraction higher costs than in-house system...you can't go wrong with this.

Puntos a favor: CCDS system has proven to be very intuitive,flexibile, expandable, with great support, shared knowledges and experiences, user friendly, easy setup, low system requirements (works well on older computers),

Contras: bit higher cost of hosted system comparable to in-house.
