> **Puntos a favor**: Though I am not in the Accounts Payable department, I use the Banktel software regularly for my role in risk management.  When I submit insurance claims, I need to be able to attach related invoices to that documentation.  Banktel makes it very easy for me to find the invoices I'm looking for through various search functionalities.  It also gives me visibility into the accounting entries the AP team is recording so I can ensure the accounting is appropriate in line with insurance proceeds that we receive.  Lastly, I oversee my organization's internal control compliance, and I know that the automated approval controls that are in place within Banktel help ensure we have a strong control environment as invoices cannot be paid until proper approval is received.

Integrates well with core accounting system (\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]), and we continue to leverage electronic payment (DD and ACH) more each year with this system.
