Its easy to train users on, easy to track drivers and job status and easy to quote jobs. The company seems more interested in cutting down the time to interact with its customers rather than giving the customer a solid product. Specifically, I am astonished by their complete objection to changing OUR call numbers in the software (which they have done for 4+ years now and promised to do in 2023) to merry up with the calendar year 2300001 etc. The only thing I can attribute this to is laziness and "streamlining" by some pencil-pushing workflow efficiency figurehead to boost profit and cut down on the number of employees. Just bad scenario for the small business who is invested, left with a decision to move on or stick it out. > > It has been good for several years (4+). My biggest gripe and reason for writing this review is to inform customers before they get locked into a company whose customer service is obviously going downhill.
